Admission to Rogers begins with a telephone screening.
Call our admissions staff at 800-767-4411 to schedule a free telephone screening.
You may also request a screening online and a member of our admissions staff will contact you.
Depending on the program, the screening may take from 30 to 60 minutes. There is no charge for this screening, and the information is confidential.

Next Steps
The information you share with one of our admissions specialists during this phone call will be reviewed with one of our medical staff, who will recommend an appropriate level of care. After this clinical review, admissions staff will contact you and share the recommendation.
If you need to know the status of your admission, feel free to contact us. We can help you figure out what your options are and understand the benefits offered by insurance plans for your diagnosis, provide directions or information about what you can bring to the program.
Referrals
We can assist with referrals that might be needed to guide you to the next step.
Communication with providers is important, so prospective patients are asked for the name of the provider who referred them and whether they have been in contact with that provider. Upon admission, this is requested again and a release of information is offered so we may communicate with the provider.
Insurance Coverage
As a courtesy to prospective patients, our admissions staff will contact you or your family member’s insurance carrier to obtain a quote of insurance benefits. Benefit availability, service providers and medical necessity criteria vary with each insurance plan.
We strongly recommend that potential patients check with their insurance carrier to determine what is covered and if there are any exclusions. After admission, patient care specialists can provide assistance with remaining questions or concerns.
