Admissions In most cases, an initial telephone screening with one of our admissions specialists starts the admitting process. The information you share during this phone call will be reviewed with a physician, who will recommend an appropriate level of care. After the review, admissions staff will contact you and share the physician’s recommendation. Insurance Coverage As a courtesy to prospective patients admissions staff will, with your consent, contact your insurance carrier to obtain a quote of insurance benefits. We will share this information with you to help you make an educated decision about your treatment options and what your insurance will cover. Medicare covers Rogers Memorial Hospital inpatient hospitalization treatment services. Wisconsin Medicaid (for individuals up to age 21 and over age 65) covers inpatient hospitalization and child & adolescent day treatment services. Rogers Memorial Hospital also participates in a variety of managed care plans. Please note that benefit availability, service providers, and medical necessity criteria vary with each insurance plan.
