Caroline N. Palmer, MD, is board certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry. She primarily works with children and adolescents in Rogers’ Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program.

Dr. Palmer earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2006 and her bachelor's degree from the Marquette University. She completed a psychiatry residency, child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship and forensic psychiatry fellowship through the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Palmer evaluates and treats children, adolescents and adults in her private practice. She is also employed by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Dr. Palmer is an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Association for Psychiatry and the Law.
