Robert J. Perzacki, MD

A full-time child and adolescent psychiatrist, Robert J. Perzacki, MD, is board certified in adult psychiatry and board eligible in child/adolescent psychiatry. He specializes in psychiatry and works primarily with children and adolescents in the inpatient and day treatment programs at Rogers’ Milwaukee (West Allis) location.

A graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Dr. Perzacki is a Wisconsin native. He completed residency training in psychiatry at both the Menninger School of Psychiatry and the Colmery-O’Neill VA Hospital in Topeka, KS. Dr. Perzacki completed his fellowship in child-adolescent psychiatry through the Department of Psychiatry at St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO.

Prior to joining the psychiatric team at Rogers Memorial Hospital, Dr. Perzacki held many different positions with a variety of healthcare organizations, including Fox Valley Children’s Mental Health in Menasha, WI; HumanServices, Inc. of Oakdale, MN; Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee; St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI; St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO; Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital in St. Louis, MO; and Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. Dr. Perzacki also served as Assistant Professor, Child Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
