Todd C. Campbell, PhD, CSAC, ICS

Todd C. Campbell, PhD, CSAC, ICS is a psychologist who practices full time at Rogers Memorial Hospital – Oconomowoc with extensive clinical, research and teaching experience regarding addiction, co-occurring mental illness and addiction, neuropsychological functioning, and psychotherapy processes and outcomes. He has provided training in these clinical areas to mental health care professionals across the country for more than two decades with one of his primary training emphases being Motivational Interviewing.

Dr. Campbell has authored and co-authored numerous professional journal articles and book chapters and has been the recipient of federal, state and foundation research and program grants. He has served on several state and national committees, including the American Psychological Association’s (Division 50) Evidence-Based Practice Task Force.

He previously served as the department chair and director of training in the Department of Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology at Marquette University in Milwaukee. He was also recognized six times by Marquette University as a distinguished scholar. He received his doctoral degree in counseling psychology from Texas A&M University and his master of science in counselor education from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
