Send by emailYou are expected to attend the program on your scheduled days from beginning to end unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are unable to attend the program on your scheduled day or will arrive late, please call your social worker/counselor by 9:00 a.m. If you do not call Rogers Memorial Hospital, staff will call your residence. If you are not available, the person listed as your emergency contact will be called. If we are unable to contact you within two hours, we will also notify your physician of your absence.
