Rogers Memorial Hospital’s marketing department specifically designed this section of our site for use by members of the media. This information also may be of interest to the general public.

The marketing department serves as the primary contact for all media activity. If you are a member of the media and would like more information about our programs and services, workshops and events, or would like to request an interview with a member of our staff, please contact the marketing department at 262-646-1389.
As a mental health care hospital, Rogers Memorial is required by law to protect patient confidentiality. Therefore, we ask that media representatives who visit our facility:

• Schedule the visit ahead of time through the marketing department
• Register at the front desk of the main building where you will be met by a hospital spokesperson
• Read and sign a confidentiality statement
• Remain with the hospital spokesperson while on the grounds
• Do not speak with or photograph patients
• Recognize that, while we are legally prohibited from arranging interviews with current patients, we may be able to connect you with former patients who are willing to be interviewed

Rogers Memorial follows the guidelines and procedures for release of patient information detailed in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Wisconsin Health Care Media Guide published by the Wisconsin Hospital Association.
