Dr. Luhn is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist and a full time medical staff member of the Child & Adolescent Center at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc. Prior to joining Rogers Memorial, Dr. Luhn was a medical director at the Mercy Cooperative Childcare Institute in Janesville, and a Mendota Mental Health Institute child and adolescent psychiatrist in Madison. He has directed inpatient, outpatient and residential programs for children and adolescents.
Dr. Luhn earned an undergraduate degree in biology at Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. He earned his medical degree at the University of California in San Diego, California. Dr. Luhn is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
