Rogers Hosts Reception Celebrating Grants for OCD Research

On behalf of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), Rogers Memorial Hospital hosted the Research Grant Reception during the annual conference July 27-29. Each year, the Foundation awards grants for research related to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Attendees included a virtual “who’s who” of OCD clinicians and researchers. Among them were Bradley C. Riemann, PhD, Medical Director of Rogers’ OCD Center and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Services, and Michael Jenike, MD, Chair of IOCDF’s Scientific Advisory Board. The two welcomed attendees, discussed the IOCDF Research Fund, provided an overview of 2012 Grant Recipients, and announced the Poster Travel Awards. In addition, Dr. Riemann also introduced Pat Hammer, Rogers’ new President and CEO, at the event.
