(Oconomowoc, WI) Witt/Kieffer has been retained by Rogers Behavioral Health System (Rogers) to assist them in their recruitment efforts for a new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position is under recruitment as the result of the planned retirement of the current CEO, David L. Moulthrop, PhD.
Rogers Behavioral Health System is a free-standing, unaffiliated, not-for-profit system that has been in existence for over 104 years with locations in Oconomowoc, Milwaukee, Madison, Brown Deer and Kenosha. The system consists of four key corporations: Rogers Memorial Hospital, with its four locations throughout Wisconsin; Rogers Center for Research and Training; Rogers Partners in Behavioral Health; and Rogers Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Rogers is a comprehensive behavioral health organization nationally recognized for specialty mental health treatment for children, adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders and substance-use disorders. As a national provider of specialty psychiatry, Rogers’ treatment approach encourages self-empowerment and family involvement. Reporting to the Rogers Behavioral Health System Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Rogers in a manner that allows the organization to excel and succeed into the future.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic, mission-driven, contemporary leader with proven success leading healthcare organizations, and he/she will have a passion for mental health issues. He/she will demonstrate an extensive knowledge of health care systems and issues related to quality of health care services with a proven track record in the areas of clinical quality, service excellence and financial performance. Prior experience as a CEO or an executive with extensive board interaction is preferred. Candidates must have a strong and successful track record in operations and strategic planning. Experience with multiple sites, healthcare delivery and philanthropy will all be beneficial. We seek individuals with strong emotional and social intelligence that have a demonstrated ability to connect with individuals in a meaningful way at all levels of an organization.
