Rogers Memorial Hospital is a leader in comprehensive and effective behavioral health care treatment for children, teens and adults. Our mission, set forth by our founder Dr. Arthur Rogers, is to "provide quality health care for those suffering from mental illness." This is the commitment that he lived by during his lifetime and is still followed by Rogers today.
Rogers Memorial Hospital is a key corporation of Rogers Behavioral Health System. The majority of our patients come for treatment from 61 of Wisconsin's 72 counties, with 60 percent from Waukesha and Milwaukee counties and another 30 percent from other counties. Nearly 10 percent come from outside Wisconsin, including international patients. In fiscal year 2013-2014, Rogers provided care to more people than ever before, recording 9,451 admissions of children, teens and adults for OCD and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, depression and other mood disorders and addiction.
As a specialty behavioral health hospital, Rogers provides a unique treatment environment. With four levels of care, including inpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and residential treatment, psychiatry is at the heart of everything we do. No matter the level of care, patients participate in a range of therapeutic activites including:

- Cognitive behavioral therapy
- Spiritual care
- Dialectical behavioral informed skills therapy
- Family therapy
