Residential Treatment

Residential Treatment:

Rogers is a comprehensive psychiatric hospital, nationally recognized for specialty residential treatment programs for eating disorders, addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders for children, teens and adults.

The goal of FOCUS is to pinpoint a diagnosis with a comprehensive assessment through a psychiatric evaluation that includes your history, diagnosis and previous treatment recommendations. Once determined, Rogers’ clinical team will develop an individualized plan to address your unique symptoms and challenges. This targeted treatment plan is directed by a board-certified psychiatrist and supported by our multidisciplinary team which includes:

  • Licensed clinical psychologist
  • Registered nurses
  • Social worker
  • Behavioral specialists
  • Experiential therapists
  • Certified substance abuse counselor
  • Residential counselors
  • Care advocates

At every step, 24 hours a day, Rogers’ staff are available for help when it’s needed. One of the many benefits of a residential program focused on you and a life worth living.

Andy HayesMeet the Manager: Andy Hayes

Andy Hayes is the manager of the FOCUS Adult Mood Disorders Program and is responsible for oversight of its daily operations. He coordinates with medical leadership and clinical staff to make sure each patient receives care rooted in evidence-based practices, responsive to their individual needs and respectful of their values.

Andy has been with Rogers since May 2015. Prior to becoming the manager of FOCUS, he served as the key point person for Rogers’ contracted management of the inpatient mental health unit at Community Memorial Hospital (Menomonee Falls, WI) and outpatient mental health services at Fort HealthCare (Fort Atkinson, WI).

Andy acknowledges that while transitions are a natural part of life, they are not always easy, and the FOCUS team is dedicated to helping adults navigate these transitions successfully. “What I enjoy most about my work is witnessing the transformation that occurs during treatment. While making positive changes involves challenges, as treatment progresses it is amazing to see patients make real and meaningful changes in their lives.”
