Michael Hedrick earned his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in 1982. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Southern Methodist University.

Michael Hedrick has been providing growth-oriented nonprofit and for-profit companies with business and financial leadership for over 25 years. In his position with Rogers, Hedrick is responsible for financial strategy, capital resources, information systems and investment management.
Prior to joining Rogers, his professional experience included: strategic financial planning, capital raising, financial system integration, merger and acquisitions and financial due diligence. Additionally, Hedrick has experience in leading organizational change, board education and governance.
Hedrick has served for over ten years on the board of WINGS Program, Inc., an organization providing services for victims of domestic violence. He is also member of the Finance and Investment Committees for One Hope United, a multi-state family and children’s agency, and previously served as a board member of Rogers Partners in Behavioral Health.
