Rogers Memorial Hospital’s new Vice President of Operations in the West Allis location was recently profiled in The Business Journal.
The new executive shared a statement; “Specialty health care, with the interaction of systems to make it all work well, is complex. There is a wealth of intellectual capital that clearly helps the teams focus on quality patient care without the distractions of having to figure out the basics. T. Orvin Fillman also noted Rogers reputation, it’s focus on continuum of care, and the midwest as a place he enjoys as reasons for being attracted to the new position.
