Young Adult Addiction Intensive Outpatient Program

The young adult addiction intensive outpatient program is specifically designed for males and females between the ages of 18 and 24 who are dependent on opiates or other chemicals including alcohol and cannabis. Led by a board-certified addictionologist, the highly structured program combines components of the 12-step program with interventions tailored to meet the needs of young adults such as:

  • Motivational interviewing
  • Increased family involvement
  • Formalized education series
  • Computer based programming
  • Medication assisted treatment

The young adult opiate program consists of 12 hours of treatment per week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

If needed, Rogers Memorial Hospital provides withdrawal management at our West Allis and Oconomowoc inpatient units.
